Foreigners & Immigrants law is the branch of law that a state or country applies to foreigners coming to a country. Foreigners’ law is generally based on the principle of reciprocity, and the legal differences between countries and the legal rules to be applied to foreigners in Turkey differ according to the country of citizenship.
